Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, social media, content strategy, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve on-page/off-page SEO to maximize organic visibility.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
  • Develop paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to achieve ROI and performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure marketing alignment with company objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in graphic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
